most teens are in gangs now and most of them smokes. no wait. all of them smokes. haha. is it like a twin value pack? if you learn how to smoke, you are entitiled to join a gang of your choice.
OR is it attractive proposals or adverstisments saying you join my gang, i offer you two packets of fags.
OR they have people giving out fliers promoting their gangs. like, JOIN MY GANG, deadly cockroach, i'll teach you guys how to smoke, drink, sniff glue, fight, have sex with underage girls etc etc... and you'll get ranks! each time you get promoted, your pay will increase too.
