commando interview today was a total waste of time. 6 hours in an army camp filled with singapore's commandos. i seriously think they should consider sorting out those who want to be a commando and those who doesnt want. for example, i faked all my physical assessments and told the interviewer i have no interest in commandos but i still needed to undergo 3 hours of tests.
i really dont see the point of risking your life for the nation. i guess all the primary school national day indoctrination talks didnt work out after all. haha.
Army is a waste of time. the opportunity cost is fucking high for that 1 year 10 months. if there's a war, be sure that i will not be at my post.
other than the lousy tests that they put me through, i was glad that i met some of ex-school mates there.
