feeling so bottled up from missing 3 days of gym because of my shoulder injury. so annoyed. i really need you, endorphin. you're my daily drug.
and its alvin's bday today and tubs too. haha. had a small celebration for alvin at carehut with the kids. i videotapped it with my phone but i have no friggin idea how to transfer it over into the computer. lol. i will find a way and upload it on carehut fb group asap. and speaking of alvin, he's leaving carehut for his studies soon. my my, i will be the only volunteer left.
okay, i cannot do this. i think i will go for a walk around the estate and visit the rooftop again. haha.
