so i pulled my rotator cuff or it is inflammed. checked the symptoms of it and i was right. it is so painful now :( it is also swollen. damm it.
anyway, was at church today and this person on the faith team looks exactly like... haha. chen ming and i thought that was her. lol. funny thing.
ahhhh so painful.
